Being a somatic practitioner is an honor. It is a beautiful practice of developing trust and attunement with people as they lean in to what the body and spirit is experiencing. My goal is to support in the process of attuning to and creating a deeper connection to health. We develop an understanding of what resource looks like to you. It is deeply rewarding work for practitioner, client, and all relations.

My rates are the same for all of my services.

I aim to create more accessibility by using sliding scale payments for my services. My desire is to meet each person where they are at and to respect the value of my work. Please let me know your financial needs and we will find what fits best. My deepest intention is to bring somatic tools and embodied presence to the world.

Alchemical Alignment is a modality which brings awareness and attunement to health that lives in the body (blueprint), parallel to unraveling of imprints our body holds. These imprints are created in moments of fight/flight and freeze experiences in the human nervous system, sometimes handed down through ancestry or environment at any point on one's timeline. In presencing with health and imprint, we can begin to notice the effect life experience has had on the soma and invite metabolism and integration, one small doable piece at a time.
As an Alchemical Alignment practitioner, my intention is to stabilize in the present moment with who I am working with and invite awareness and resource together in supporting the unfolding of the body's intelligence, with ample support.
Often resource comes from awareness of natural rhythms in and outside of the body, from the practice of co-regulation with the Practitioner and/or from connection to spiritual/elemental support. As we stabilize and find resource together, capacity to be present with waves of experience in the body grows. I believe the body has a blueprint for health stored in it and knows what to do next. With enough time, space and respect, life experience may be integrated into the present moment. The modality uses mostly presencing work alongside negotiated touch.
This modality is practiced on the floor and clothed, combining compressions up and down the energy lines of the body with yoga like stretches and focused pressure work. Thai massage offers unique access to the body by utilizing many shapes throughout the session. As a practitioner, Thai massage feels very much like a dance to me and is one of my favorite practices.
We begin the session by stabilizing together in the present moment and orienting towards the breath. A verbal check in follows to feel for what is alive in the body, mind and spirit. The majority of the session is spent inviting the breath in as a resource to meet life experience and present time body sensation with new life energy. Deep integrative breaths, checking in, and intuitive support/reflection pave the way forward for the body to speak and be heard. The session ends with a tapering and settling back into a gentle rhythm.
Working with the context of your body's history and your physical intentions, we craft a plan to support your physical body. These sessions include a mix of strengthening, stretching, myofascial release (self massage/self release) and breathing exercises to bring awareness and support whole body health.
This modality is table massage which combines a variety of massage strokes and oil as a touch based therapy designed to settle the nervous system and support fluidity in the musculoskeletal system, among many other possible effects. My intention is to listen to your body and invite your voice as we communicate through the conversation/practice of massage. The client is under the boundary of a sheet and the body is properly draped over the course of the massage.
Working with your intentions, we will draw from yogic principals and poses to create a flow designed to help you explore the yoga practice and yourself. These sessions can also include meditation, emotional body exercises and other awareness techniques.
